CONSTRUCTION
Its important to know how we make our suits before you decide to commission us. All makers do things differently, and with any form of art, there is no right or wrong way. We understand clients may have preferences for how a suit is made, so we are laying out the details of our suits for full transparency. If there's something you are wondering about that isn't listed here, please don't hesitate to ask us!

Heads
-Made from expanding foam. Very lightweight, squishy and durable.
-Head liners are made with neoprene and foam, machine sewn. Mouth and eye liners (made of mochi or minky fabric) are hand sewn to it for seamlessness. The liner is hand sewn to the neck fabric.
-Teeth are resin cast or resin 3d printed and glued on.
-Noses are made with a foam base, covered in minky or mochi. Can have nostrils if the client requests.
-Heads are 90% machine sewn. Some areas around the neck and ears are hand sewn from the outside.
-Eyes are made from opaque plastic sheets and the eye mesh is hard perforated plastic that is dye sublimated for clear vision.
-Heads tend to be snug and form fitting.
Paws
-98% machine sewn.
-Appliqued on pawpads that are made of minky or vinyl.
-Stuffed or unstuffed pawpads. (If minky)
-If stuffed, a square of fabric reinforces the opening where stuffing was inserted.
-Each digit is lined with spandex. The rest of the paw is unlined. Spandex lining is machine sewn on and closed with a hand stitch.
-All paws are cuffed.
-Claws are hand sewn on.
Feet
-Fully lined with neoprene.
-Foam cast toes.
-95% machine sewn.
-Claws hand sewn on.
-Feet are attached to digi bodysuits. Can be separate if requested.
-Appliqued on pawpads that are made of minky or vinyl. (If getting Indoor paws)
- 2 layers of 8mm EVA Foam bottom. (If getting outdoor paws)
Body
-100% Machine sewn (minus padding if applicable) - some areas are sewn twice.
-Lined neck.
-Digi padding is very lightweight mesh, and is hand sewn in.
-Stuffing is removable from the padding.
-Markings that are hand sewn in have seams reinforced with silicon glue.
-Small or intricate markings that are hand sewn in are reinforced with glue and covered in fabric. (small spots, thin lines etc)
-Bodysuits are snug and form fitting.
Tails
- Reinforced vinyl belt loops.
-99% Machine sewn.
-Lightly stuffed.
